The Vigilance Cell at ICMR Regional Medical Research Center (RMRC), Sri Vijaya Puram functions under the overarching guidelines of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). We are committed to eradicating corruption, preventing administrative malpractices, and promoting an uncompromising culture of honesty, transparency, and accountability.

Lodging a Complaint

Complaints concerning unethical practices or administrative irregularities must be specific, verifiable, and supported by factual details to initiate a formal and swift investigation by the Vigilance Cell.

Anonymous or pseudonymous complaints are strictly not entertained as per standard directives from the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC).

Under the Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI) framework, whistleblowers are protected against victimization. The CVC ensures the identity of the informant is kept entirely confidential throughout the process.
