Call for M.Sc. Dissertation Training Programme

Eligibility

  • Applications are invited from students who are actively pursuing post-graduate studies where dissertation training is a mandatory part of their master's degree programme.
  • Eligible Disciplines: Life Sciences (Zoology / Microbiology / Biochemistry, Biotechnology / Genetics / Anthropology / Sociology / Biostatistics and Bioinformatics) in Universities / Institutes / Colleges.

Area of Research Available

  • Applications must be sent via email along with your C.V. and a Recommendation Letter from the Principal or HOD (if currently enrolled) or a self-declaration (in case of passed-out students).
  • No application by hard copy will be entertained. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Terms & Conditions

  • Screening: Due to the large volume of applications, candidates will be screened based on past academic performance. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated for an interview/test (usually via video conferencing).
  • Financials: ICMR RMRC, Sri Vijaya Puram neither charges any fee for the programmes nor provides any stipend/fellowship to selected students.
  • Logistics: Currently, no hostel facilities are available for students.
  • Intellectual Property: Data generated from the research work conducted during training shall be the intellectual property of ICMR RMRC, Sri Vijaya Puram.
  • Final Decision: The decision of the selection committee of the institute shall be final, and no communication in this regard shall be entertained.
